PROJECT: BMS Executive Dashboard
Business Need: Each business unit and function executive wanted a dashboard providing specific data points/KPI's that will allow them to quickly view and make decisions. The dashboard will be customizable, show status on calculated metrics and bring to the front based on if they have issues or are trending in that direction.
Design Solution: The existing product had failed multiple times to be designed and built to standards and quality expected. Completed design and got executive approval through prototype development. Created features to also present at meetings.

Lodging Management System
The companies product goal was to create a full service product for casino's, resort's and hotel's. Book provides the website, booking engine. Stay is the desk solution for checkin, modification, reservation, housekeeping and maintenance management. Seat is for reservations and seating charts for on premises restaurants, golf courses, tennis centers etc.

PROJECT: Book
User Problem: The homepage access point to book for each client was different and the pages were not eye catching. Conversions were low. Booking was not easy nor engaging.
Design Solution: A widget is put on resort and casino clients homepage which then routes the visitor to the SAAS solution. It then guides the user through the booking process providing opportunities for upgrades and add -on's to their stay.
Platform: Responsive on all platforms.
PROJECT: Stay
User Problem: Hotel front desk interface was old green screen database form technology and needed updating.
Design Solution: Design a full service hotel management system. Simplify interface, provide new capabilities and features increase the time to access and complete common tasks. My focus was on checkin, service guest profile, service requests, housekeeping and maintenance.
Platform: Responsive on desktop
PROJECT: Seat - Design Restaurant SAAS
This solution is a reservation and table management system for restaurants. Designed new features for reservations and profile management to sync with Stay.

PROJECT: Guest Mobile Application
This application is a mobile app to be used by guests for self service check-in, booking activities, requesting services all from their phone and syncing with Stay. The restaurant segments are for self service reservations, ordering and payment syncing with Seat.

Business Need: The website helps people who do not have insurance or have high risk/high deductible plans find medical and dental treatments they can afford. Research options, identify the best treatments in the world, search for a physician, contact and book appointment, book travel and then pay for the treatment. All in one place.

PROJECT: Tablet for Retail Sales
User Problem: Retail Sales Representatives are moved from using desktop solution to a tablet version of their sales application. Users must be able to activate and manage customer accounts, make payments, search product catalog and complete sales.
Design Solution: Designed interface for sales tablets and store layout based on traffic research with new tablet solution.
Platforms: Mobile IOS & Android applications.
PROJECT: Desktop Version for Customer Care
User Problem: Reduce call wait times from over an hour and support times from 20 min. avg.
Design Solution: Simplify and streamline access to customer information and quick access to support document and scripts.
Result: Reduced call wait times from 1+ hour to 3-5 minutes and reduced call times 61% using recommended fixes and providing common solutions.

Customer Request: This projects objective was to create an end to end solution for users to schedule and track the cancer treatment process.
Design Solution: Based on initial research on the existing tools usage, completed the concepts and prototypes for the new product and then worked with designers to refine the design and create the wireframes for handoff to development.

Virtuoso provides luxury travel agents with the ability to search and book high end travel services.
User Problem: The project and tool was a non-starter. The team did not have an understanding of the user need and design direction to meet demand.
The agent needed to be able to lookup travel solutions as fast as the client using Expedia. Their need was for standard and custom travel solutions like leer jets and yachts. They also wanted to be able to respond quickly to emergencies as well as coordinate communication between themselves, travelers and operators to get custom needs met.
Design Solution: We designed a CRM solution and extending the search capability to include custom options and services. We also provided social networking and communication solutions for collaboration. We then added features such as secured profile information, printable and digital itineraries, all to create a custom vacation.
